One of my favourite restaurants in Bali is Potato Head Beach Club and at Potato Head they have a delicious cocktail (or should I say cocktails) called the Millionaire Martini. As you can see, the cocktail has 3 components; an orange flavoured cocktail, champage with pineapple foam and half of a passion fruit. You'd think something like this would be quite pricey but you can get it for about $15 Australian. Not bad!! I can't wait to return in a couple of weeks and order my friends and I a round of these delicious cocktails!
